Waves of anxiety and depression are a common part of the human experience. But when the weight of the world and feelings of hopelessness start to encapsulate your daily life, it can feel hard or even at times impossible to find a way out.
There is hope. You’ve already taken the first step - exploring what it could be like to have someone walk alongside you in the isolation, pain, fear, and hopelessness.
I believe that within each of us there is inherent longing to feel peace, acceptance, connection, and authenticity. When we experience the burden of anxiety or darkness of depression, we’ve somehow lost connection to these deepest parts of us. Finding ways to balance the burdens of daily life, integrate past hurts and pains, as well as rediscover joy and peace are some essential elements to finding healing.
My role in walking along side you in these dark nights of the soul, is to hold the light, so that you may find the path back to your fullest self.
