"Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us."

―David Richo

The relationship we create and maintain with ourselves can be a source of peace, joy, and authenticity, but we often get stuck in patterns of self-doubt, guilt, and shame. The journey of self-awareness begins when we create space for our truest selves to be seen, heard, and embraced.

While working with individuals amidst their unique journey, I seek to create a space where the entirety of the person can be shared and accepted, without fear of shame or judgment. I journey alongside clients as they come into greater understanding of the relationships, experiences, and messages that have impacted and shaped their lives. Through balancing space for honoring the past, embracing the present, and looking toward the future, I help individuals discover and live out of their most authentic and congruent space, in order to promote acceptance, wellness, and connection within themselves and within relationships.

“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy — the experiences that make us the most vulnerable.”
