Attachment

Everyone is impacted by the relationships in their lives, especially early childhood relationships and attachment. Relationships and our attachment to others can be the source of some of life’s greatest pain, as well as its greatest healing. We work with people to find a greater understanding of the relationships in their lives, explore the impacts on daily life, and determine ways to develop greater safety and security. We not only focus on attachment relationships to others but also the unique relationship each person has with themselves. How can you be yourself and exist in relationships? What would it look like to have a loving relationship with yourself? We’ll support you in answering these questions and more in individual therapy through an integrated and supportive approach.
